Join Capital Area District Library (CADL) for an afternoon of learning about science education. Sloan Museum of Flint will present STEM project ideas for younger students. Sloan's staff will share some of their favorite STEM activities for elementary-aged learners in this fast-paced, hands-on session. All necessary materials and supplies for participants to try out the activities will be provided and each participant will receive detailed instructions for each activity. Staff from Capital Area District Libraries will additionally provide a session about STEM and science instruction materials that can be borrowed with a CADL library card. Optionally, bring your laptop or personal device to take notes or following along if you wish. Snacks will be included. Registration required.
