Cancellations/Substitutions


  • In most cases substitutions are welcome. Please notify the contact person for the session.
  • If you must cancel, please notify us in writing five working days prior to the session to receive a full refund. You can do so by emailing the session contact person or by fax at 517.244.1154.
  • Special Note: While it’s our policy to hold all sessions offered, Ingham ISD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session or to substitute presenters. If cancellation is necessary, session fee refunds will be issued.
