Professional Development
Powerful professional development at Ingham ISD is generated by using a variety of formats, based on an understanding of educators’ needs. This is accomplished by connecting data collection and analysis to student achievement, accessing student voices, incorporating action research, drawing from professional standards, encouraging dialogue, using study groups, and differentiating coaching. In addition to Ingham ISD’s professional development offerings and special events, many collegial networks for role-alike educators are hosted and nurtured.
