The Capital Area Principals Network is a four-session, in-person leadership cohort for 8 to 10 regional middle and high school principals. Its first session, Leading Schools in the Age of AI, is designed to help principals lead through uncertainty with sound judgment, honest conversation, useful evidence, and practical next steps. The network is not an AI course or vendor showcase. It is a protected working space where principals can examine what AI is already changing in their schools, learn from students, teachers, and peers, test assumptions, and decide what responsible leadership requires next. The four meetings follow a widening circle: self, students, teachers, and community.
