This course is for anyone that has never taken a CPI course or if their certification has expired. This comprehensive training equips participants with the foundational skills and strategies from the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) framework. The course focuses on proactive approaches to crisis prevention, effective de-escalation techniques, and safe intervention methods to maintain a respectful and secure environment. Participants will complete all required components for initial CPI certification. Take this course if you have never completed CPI certification or if your certification has expired.
