Attending this year's training is highly recommended as documentation requirements have changed over the years. Some of those changes are: 1. Seminar, achievement hour must have auditor approval and be reported on the days and hours forms if being counted towards the 1098 hour minimum. (This is to protect your district from costly penalties if the non-graded course is not set up properly.) 2. The building master schedule must be provided. 3. All lunch times must be reported on the clock hours forms and align with the building master schedule. 4. All recess times must be reported on the clock hours forms and align with the building master schedule.
