In compliance with MCL 380.1249(5), all educator evaluators must complete an initial Rater Reliability training and a refresher every three years. Ingham ISD is pleased to provide this training for school leaders whose districts use the Marzano or Danielson Evaluation models. During this session, school leaders will hone their observation and feedback skills to strengthen reflective practices for educator growth and improvement. Participants will: collect evidence during an observation; code evidence to one's instructional framework/rubric; provide formative feedback; and engage in an observation conversation. Throughout the session participants will calibrate their work to the work of the facilitator and to one another, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement in both the process and their individual practice.
