This session provides participants with an opportunity to review and reinforce key concepts from the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training, focusing on strategies for safe, respectful intervention and de-escalation. Participants will practice essential skills to ensure ongoing certification, meet compliance requirements, and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment. Participants must have received a Blue Card within the past 18 months.
