*Due to capacity issues, this session will be restricted to Ingham ISD service area educators only.* Learn firsthand from an experienced instructor of online learning! This session will go step-by-step through the hurdles of setting up your online course including choosing technology, setting clear expectations, orienting students to online learning, and writing daily and weekly lesson plans. It is designed to give you a big picture overview of running an online class. After this session, you may choose to attend more specific sessions to go deeper into the hurdles discussed. Learning objectives: 1) Walk through some of the steps to setting up your online classroom. 2) Share examples used with Michigan Virtual of best practices in an online setting.
