This online workshop will connect learnings from the ASPiRES study with career development content that teachers can bring back to their classrooms. It will maintain a focus on the Michigan Career Development Model and connect career development activities with local labor market needs, increasing teacher comfort with the many resources that are available to them through the state, Ingham ISD, and Xello. (Note that teachers do NOT have to participate in the research study to sign up for the career development workshop. Anyone interested is welcome and encouraged to attend!)
