Paraprofessionals are on the front lines every day managing challenging student behavior and playing a crucial role in the education of students, including those most in need of additional support. You will gain information to improve job performance by learning basic special education terminology, confidentiality concepts, basics of setting limits, and ways to collect data to support IEP goals. COMPENSATION for all new paraprofessional participants- no compensation provided if you attended in 2021 or 2022.
