The teacher and paraeducator training aims to strengthen the relationship between staff and improve student outcomes. Topics will include feedback (giving and receiving), how adults learn, communication skills and organization/lesson planning. The training consists of 4 sessions: 1a) Teacher only session- in person session, 1b) Paraeducator only session- in-person session 2) Teacher/paraeducator collaborative session- virtual 3) Teacher/paraeducator collaborative session- virtual, 4) Teacher/paraeducator collaborative session- in person.

Sessions
