Handle with Care Seclusion and Restraint sessions include Verbal De-Escalation, Emergency Physical Restraint and Recertification for those that have already been trained. Along with Handle w/Care techniques, the training includes the seclusion/restraint awareness training mandated by the state, required for all staff . Your school or district may already provide awareness training to new staff, but if not, this training will cover the mandate for staff.
