This workshop is designed for district and administrative teams to come together to reflect on lessons and best practices gleaned from the pandemic. The purpose of this half-day workshop is to set aside time to: 1) Use your school's mission and vision to reflect on the successes, challenges, and pain points of the pandemic as it relates directly to your school/district; 2) Collaborate with other school leaders to consider how to use the lessons learned from the pandemic to help re-envision your school/district with a student-centered focus; 3) Walk away with a goal, a pathway, and the agency to move forward.
